I think it is possible.  Essentially the data is a video feed and if the TV site is willing to share the feed, it is possible to code a widget that you can embed onto your website/blog.

YouTube and many video sites have done it.</description>

I don&#039;t think you can record TV programs that are streamed from the internet but you can record TV from Astro or connect your TV antenna to your PC via a Win TV card.  The Win TV card will encode the program to mpeg format.</description>
