The restaurant’s name is ’s Baggers and it is located in Nurnberg in Germany. So what is so special about this restaurant. Besides serving freshly prepared Franconian cuisine, technology is used to enable customers to order their choice of food using a touch screen computer and the prepared food is transported on metallic spiral tracks (like rollercoasters) directly to your table.
Quoting ’s Baggers on the advantages of using technology
Thanks to modern food preparation technology we can prepare the premium Franconian cuisine carfully using very little fat. We never use additives such as preservatives, flavour enhancer or glutamate.
Experience state-of-the-art information technology in a restaurant for the first time. Before placing your orders via touch screen you can read about our selected suppliers, the concept or our attractive bonus system.
Our software offers hit lists of other guests to ease your choice. And after dinner you can evaluate the meals, our service or the ambience of the restaurant, recommend us via E-Mail or SMS – you can do all this directly per touch screen at your seat.
Watch the video to find out how it all works.
