I’ve been looking online for a while now for a good screen recorder and presentation software and one of the popular software is called Camtasia Studio. Many bloggers who publish videos and presentations on their blog use this product. From my research I find that it works a treat for Windows users but I am a Mac user and Camtasia Studio does not work on a Mac. What a bummer!
The good news is I read that the people who developed Camtasia is finally going ahead to develop a version for Mac.
Could this be a rumour? There is no official statement from Camtasia when the Mac version will be available. There has been talks about a Mac version since 2006. The Camtasia product manager posted a comment on this website. Take a look.
So until I hear about the release of Camtasia for Mac, I will have to use an alternative software or ditch my Mac for a Windows PC which I am not eager to.
