When I first heard the term Bloghology, I remember scratching my head asking myself is that even a word. Bloghology is a term created by Mert Erkal who blogs for SearchForBlogging.com. According to Mert Erkal who invented the term Bloghology, it is a collection of bloggers, their profiles, photos and links to their best posts. All the information is PDFed and circulated throughout the blogosphere as an e-book. Bloghology is used for personal branding and marketing of selected good quality bloggers.

Mert Erkal explains the logic behind the creation of Bloghology. He said that not all bloggers are good at personal branding and marketing, especially small bloggers and most stop blogging because of obstacles that are impossible to overcome. Bloghology will help those bloggers to market and highlight them and their blog completely free and it is open to all bloggers.

The reason I am writing this post is because I know how many of us work very hard to produce good content for our blogs. We spend many hours working laboriously and consistently to update our blog but some times we face frustrations because we are unable to reach the vast blogosphere with our stories. When I heard about Bloghology, I thought to myself, this guy, Mert Erkal is creating a communication channel for bloggers and some of us can do with the extra help to promote our blog to readers.

The first release of Bloghology 2007 is out and you can download it by clicking on the logo below.
