Which Web Stats software do you use?

As my blog is hosted on the Blueyonder server, I used the stats software Blueyonder provided which is Webalizer v2.01, a free web server log file analysis program. After using Webalizer for a month, I decide to look around for something that can provide more analysis. I am now using AWStats, another free software. What is interesting I found on the AWStats web site is a comparison of AWStats with various free stats software (Webalizer, Analog and HitBox).

How easy to set up AWStats?
AWStats requires Perl. I installed ActivePerl on my Win XP PC. The install was fuss free, set up a Virtual Site on my IIS and then I had to change the settings in the config file. AWStats reads various log file format and if you are more familiar with Windows interface, you can change the setting in the config file to manage everything from the browser. Then I imported in the logs and off with the analysis.

I noticed from the literature that AWStats allows numerous plug-ins. I have not tried any of the plug-ins but hope to soon. It also supports multiple host logs.

Question
If you own a blog or personal website, I am curious to find out what stats software you use to analyse your stats.

Some stats on my blog
My blog is fairly new. Actually got it up and running sometime late May 2004 but I have noticed from the analysis of my stats that 86% of my search engine referers are from Google. Only 5% from Yahoo.
